124 South Side Square, Huntsville, AL 35801

In the heart of a high-tech city, Harrison Brothers celebrates the artistry and craftsmanship of local makers. Located on Huntsville’s historic courthouse square since 1897, Harrison Brothers brings together the best of North Alabama, with a curated selection of local and regionally made art, pottery, jewelry, gourmet foods, soaps, books, and home goods. Harrison Brothers is a shopping experience where history, tradition, and customer service are lovingly preserved. Constructed in 1901, the Harrison Brothers Buildings retains its original counters, shelving, cabinetry, and floors. Sales are still rung up on the 1907 National Cash Register. Harrison Brothers is now operated by the Historic Huntsville Foundation (HHF) as part of its preservation mission. HHF also operates the Historic Huntsville Museum, located within Harrison Brothers. The Museum is Huntsville-Madison County’s first to tell the stories of black and white business leaders and how they shaped our national history. The National Park Service listed our museum to the prestigious Reconstruction Era National Historic Network in 2023.
