Smoken on the Go was created by Sgt. 1st Class Walter Lee Brookins in 2000. It was established to bring family and friends together, with good food. Located in a Five Points thrift store, the restaurant's menu features pulled pork, ribs and fish plus smoked mac n cheese and banana pudding.
